About The Position

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. The role provides direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining in-center hemodialysis treatment. This is a full-time position at the Chandler, Arizona clinic, scheduled for three 12-hour shifts per week. The position may require floating between local clinics.

Requirements

• An accredited high school diploma, GED credential, or equivalent.
• Comfort working around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
• Physical ability to work long shifts on your feet.
• Willingness to float between local clinics if needed.
• Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Two to five years of experience as a PCT.
• Experience in dialysis or in-center hemodialysis (ICHD).
• CNA, MA, or CHT certification, phlebotomy certification, or other healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment.
• Record vital signs and patient data.
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health.
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.
