About The Position

DaVita Kidney Care is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in outpatient dialysis clinics. The PCT provides direct, hands-on care under RN supervision and helps patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment. Paid training and ongoing education are provided, along with career development opportunities. Clinics hiring are in Orlando, Ocoee, Apopka, Clermont, and surrounding areas. The role may require floating between local clinics and a flexible schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Accredited high school diploma, GED credential, or equivalent.
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet.
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• CNA, MA, or CHT certification.
• Phlebotomy certification.
• Healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment.
• Record vital signs and patient data.
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health.
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.
