This flexible role allows you to make an impact at both Christiana Hospital and Wilmington Hospital, Magnet®-recognized health system. As a Patient Care Technician (PCT)(CNA), you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care, support patient comfort and safety, assist with mobility and activities of daily living, respond to patient needs, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous work experience or successful completion of Nurse Technician/Certified Nursing Assistant program.
- BLS certification.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 2 years recent PCT/CNA experience.
- Acute care hospital experience.
Responsibilities
