About The Position

This role involves providing hands-on assistance with basic patient care under the guidance of licensed nursing staff. The Patient Care Technician will support safe patient movement, transfers, and positioning. They will observe and report changes in patients' physical, emotional, or mental condition to the nursing team promptly. Additionally, the technician will accurately document care activities and observations in patient records and maintain clean, organized patient rooms, ensuring medical equipment is properly cared for and ready for use.

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• High School Diploma or GED OR an active CNA Certification required.
• 1 year of experience in a caregiving role.
