The Patient Care Technician (PCT) - Neuro Tele position is a full-time role on the night shift. The PCT provides patient care and assistance based on the plan of care and patient/family preferences. This includes collecting and reporting patient data, supporting admission, transfer, and discharge processes, and performing technical procedures safely while documenting care accurately. The role involves collaborating with nurses to adapt care for diverse populations and cultural needs, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and proactively meeting patient and visitor needs. PCTs are expected to demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and effective communication across disciplines, participate in process improvement, adhere to safety goals, and advocate for patients.
