About The Position
The Patient Care Technician (PCT) will assist in providing care to geriatric participants/residents, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming. This role involves scheduling and coordinating tasks for other PCTs, participating in resident orientation, and contributing to service/care plans. The facility is a Long Term Care / Assisted Living setting. Charting is done via Net Solutions, and free parking is available. The position requires 1 year of prior experience working with seniors, and the facility is open to accommodating block schedules. Locals are accepted if within a 50-mile radius and will be paid at the same rate. The PCT is expected to have reliable transportation, and all travel pairs must have their own transportation. QuickMAR experience is preferred but not required.
Requirements

- BCLS certification required
- Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

- Schedules and coordinates tasks to be performed by other PCTs, in cooperation with other housing and clinic staff.
- Participates in participant/resident orientation to the ElderPlace facility.
- Provides input and information for service/care plans.
