About The Position

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED. Candidates who are at least 17 years old and do not yet have a diploma/GED must be actively working towards obtaining it and receive it within 2 years of hire. CPR certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire. CNA/EMT/Paramedic certification is preferred. If assigned to the Parkview Randallia Family Birthing Center, PCTs aged 18 and older must be bonded as a notary public within 6 months of hire. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a patient care setting is preferred but not required. The role demands a working knowledge of general computer skills and applications, the ability to multi-task, work independently, and utilize critical thinking skills. The position requires the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• If candidate is at least 17 years of age but does not yet have a current high school diploma/GED the following requirements must be met: must be actively working towards high school diploma/GED and receive within 2 years of hire.
• Must obtain CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
• Must be bonded as a notary public within 6 months of hire for those 18 years and older (if assigned to Parkview Randallia Family Birthing Center).

Nice To Haves
