As a Patient Care Technician, you will be working collaboratively with the Nurses within the unit you are assigned. Your care and treatment of these patients is an integral part of the Patient Experience. As a Patient Care Technician, you would be caring for patients by assisting with their daily living activities, taking vital signs, Accu-Cheks, Phlebotomy, EKG's, and other nursing assistant responsibilities. Requirements
- Graduation from high school or equivalent required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in delivery of patient services in an acute care setting preferred.
- Phlebotomy experience preferred.
- Some college preferred.
- BLS Healthcare Provider preferred on hire / required prior to completion of unit orientation.
