Patient Care Technician (PCT)
About The Position
Main Line Health is seeking Patient Care Technicians (PCT) to join their team across five hospital settings: Lankenau Medical Center, Bryn Mawr Hospital, Riddle Hospital, Paoli Hospital, and Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital. Full-time PCT roles have monthly interview days and cohort hiring. As a PCT, you will collaborate with nurses, assist patients with daily living activities, take vital signs, perform Accu-Cheks, Phlebotomy, EKGs, and other nursing assistant responsibilities. This role is integral to the patient experience. Main Line Health offers opportunities for career development through a Tuition Reimbursement Program, providing up to $6,000 annually. Requirements
- Graduation from high school or equivalent required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in delivery of patient services preferred.
- Phlebotomy experience preferred.
- Some college preferred.
- BLS Healthcare Provider preferred on hire / required prior to completion of unit orientation.
Responsibilities
