Temp-to-Hire Patient Care Technician
About The Position
DelRicht is a clinical research company dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience to all patients that participate in our clinical trials. Our clinical trials provide new treatment options for our patients and ultimately our goal is to get new medications and medical devices FDA approved! We hold our team members to a high standard of excellence and are looking for energetic, positive, quick learners to be a part of our team. Presently our network stretches across 33 sites throughout the United States in 18 states. This is a temporary, full-time position slated to last for approximately 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
Requirements

- Dependability and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of professional work experience in customer service, patient care, or other healthcare environment is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred; candidates with relevant hands-on clinical training or experience, including Medical Assistants or LPNs, may also be considered.
- Clinical experience is great, but we also welcome candidates from other industries who demonstrate strong judgment and a willingness to learn.
- Coffee drinkers preferred… tea drinkers accepted :)
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day study visits and blinded trial activities.
- Assist the study team with uploads, paperwork, and other required documentation.
- Help keep study activities organized and moving efficiently during screening, enrollment, and ongoing participant visits.
- Coordinate closely with team members and respond to changing study priorities.
- Follow study protocols, clinic procedures, and applicable research requirements.
- Take on additional study support tasks as delegated by the team.
- Prioritize exceptional patient care and contribute to a welcoming, supportive environment.
- Balance multiple tasks with focus and efficiency, owning responsibilities from start to finish with accountability.
- Stay coachable and eager to learn, as we value growth and team fit even more than years of experience.
- Embrace collaboration with a can-do spirit.
