About The Position

DaVita is hosting a virtual hiring event on July 14, 2026 to hire Patient Care Technicians (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment. Requirements

Work 3-4 shifts per week, Monday - Saturday, rotating opening & closing shifts
Opening shifts may start as early as 5AM and closing shifts may end as early as 10PM
Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent
Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
Willing to float between local clinics if needed

Nice To Haves

CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
Record vital signs and patient data
Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
