About The Position
The Patient Care Technician (PCT) delivers high-quality, patient-centered care by performing delegated patient care services in accordance with the PCT’s skills and training and the needs of the department. The PCT works under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). This is a full-time position on the 3rd Floor Med Surg, with a days schedule.
Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Able to read and write English.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of experience in an acute care setting, or current enrollment in a nursing program.
