Dialysis Shift Times & Requirements Work Days: Monday through Saturday Weekends: Required to work every other Saturday and No Sunday shifts Shift Times: Must be flexible to work rotating shifts starting as early as 3am Requirements: Must be flexible and able to work rotating shifts Will be required to float between Wisconsin Rapids and Stevens Point Schedule restrictions cannot be accommodated Work schedules are always provided in advance to support work-life balance Shifts will vary based on clinic needs DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

Requirements

Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent
Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
Willing to float between local clinics if needed
Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
Record vital signs and patient data
Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
