Join a collaborative and supportive Med-Surg/Observation team caring for patients across a 40-bed unit consisting of both private and semi-private rooms. This fast-paced environment primarily serves observation patients admitted through the Emergency Department, offering excellent exposure to a variety of patient conditions and opportunities to build strong clinical skills. Patient Care Technicians play a vital role in supporting patient care, assisting with admissions and discharges, and partnering closely with nurses and fellow team members across two floors. The ideal candidate is compassionate, adaptable, team-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences. Previous PCT, CNA, or EMT experience is welcomed, and individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment, communicate effectively, and enjoy building meaningful connections with patients will be successful on this highly collaborative team. This position is a full-time Night shift working with 3-12 hour shifts from 6:00 PM–6:30 AM. We offer self-scheduling for shift and weekend coverage. Scheduled workdays may vary, as there are no set or fixed days. Weekend and Holiday Rotations are required in this role. Weekend shift differentials are offered, along with evening and night shift differentials where applicable.
