About The Position

Provide high-quality patient care by assisting with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and safe entry or exit protocols. Monitor patient well-being by tracking physical, mental, and emotional changes and reporting key findings to nursing staff. Ensure accurate documentation by maintaining precise patient records and clinical logs to support the healthcare team. Optimize environment safety by keeping patient rooms orderly and ensuring medical equipment is clean and well-maintained.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
