Patient Care Technician
About The Position
DaVita Kidney Care is launching a new team, DaVita Skilled Nursing Dialysis Services, to provide industry-leading clinical quality to patients on-site at skilled nursing facilities (SNF). This initiative aims to address the significant burden on patients who are transported for dialysis three times a week and reduce avoidable healthcare costs. Teammates in this new service line will leverage DaVita's extensive capabilities and resources to develop the infrastructure and rapidly grow the service. The ideal candidates will have substantial DaVita experience, thrive in a start-up environment, be passionate about improving patient lives, and demonstrate a proactive approach to getting things done ('GSD'). Comfort working autonomously and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization are essential.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- MUST BE DIALYSIS CERTIFIED CCHT
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook

Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure their dialysis treatment stays on track.
- Work in conjunction with dialysis RNs to provide dialysis care.
