About The Position

This role focuses on providing essential support to patients, ensuring their dignity, comfort, and safety. The Patient Care Technician will assist with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility. A key aspect of the role involves observing patients and reporting any changes in their condition to the nursing staff. Additionally, the technician will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly patient environment and ensuring medical equipment is ready for use.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Maintain a healing environment by ensuring patient rooms are clean and orderly and medical equipment is ready for use, creating a professional and stress-free space for recovery.
