Join HonorHealth's Diagnostic Care Unit (DCU), a fast-paced procedural care environment that supports Pre and Post procedures for Cardiac Catheterization Lab (Cath Lab) and Interventional Radiology (IR) patients. In this hands-on role, PCTs are actively involved in patient care by obtaining vital signs, weights, and EKGs; preparing patients for procedures; assisting with room turnover and patient flow; transporting STAT laboratory specimens; maintaining supplies; and partnering closely with nursing staff throughout the patient experience. The DCU cares for approximately 17-35 patients daily across 15 patient bays, 2 procedure bays, and infusion chairs for post-procedure care, creating a dynamic environment with high patient turnover. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of PCT experience and thrive in a fast-paced setting that requires strong multitasking, prioritization, teamwork, and direct patient interaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate, adaptable caregiver who enjoys working collaboratively in a high-volume procedural unit while making a meaningful impact on patient care.
