DaVita is hiring a full-time Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment. Training may occur in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic, and you will be expected to float to various clinics during and after your training. The role requires a flexible Full-Time schedule, working 3–4 days per week with 10-12-and/or-14-hour shifts, including alternating Saturdays, with Sundays off. DaVita is a comprehensive kidney care provider focused on transforming care to improve the quality of life for patients globally.
