About The Position

Responsible for performing a number of clerical duties while assisting licensed staff by providing direct patient care when required. Enters patient information, physician orders and other critical data into appropriate systems while facilitating communication between members of the healthcare team. Delivers safe patient care by bathing patients, taking vital signs and assisting them with daily functions. Performs EKG’s as directed, documenting information per departmental policy. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
