About The Position

This role involves managing the patient journey by greeting patients, taking vitals, collecting medical history, and proactively assisting providers during examinations and procedures. You will provide clear, supportive follow-up by updating patients on test results and discussing health-related questions as directed by the provider. Additionally, you will maintain a safe and pristine environment by cleaning and preparing treatment rooms, and drive efficiency by managing critical administrative workflows, including charting, addressing patient questions, and processing referrals and prior authorizations.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
