The nursing team fosters teamwork and a healthy work environment, providing resources for staff to excel. The patient population includes Trauma & Emergency Surgical Conditions (traumatic injuries, multi-system injuries, acute abdominal emergencies, complex wound management, ostomy/fistula treatment, hernia repair), Urologic Surgery (post-operative urological procedures, urologic oncology, reconstructive surgeries, complex catheter/urinary diversion management), and Orthopedic Surgery (reconstructive joint surgery for hip, knee, shoulder, and spine surgery).
