About The Position
This position is for a Patient Care Technician in the Medical Surgical unit at UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL. The role involves working a 90% FTE night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including every other weekend. The compensation includes competitive pay, shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend work, as well as potential overtime and on-call pay. Requirements
- Must be listed as active and eligible in the Illinois Registry for CNA.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Computer experience.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of fundamentals of nursing course and be registered on the Illinois Department of Health Registry or a nurse who has completed RN or LPN Training in another country and completion of EKG.
- Bi-Annual CPR designation by recommended renewal date.
