Responsibilities
- Support front and back office operations to maintain efficient patient flow
- Assist with patient check in or check out when needed.
- Help coordinate patient appointments, procedures, and follow up visits
- Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
- Support telephone triage workflows by routing messages appropriately
- Assist with scanning, uploading, and organizing patient documents
- Other related duties as assigned.
