Patient Care Technician - Float Pool
About The Position
Under direct supervision, this position is accountable to the bedside RN and charge nurse to facilitate a safe and secure environment for the patient, family, and providers in the department. This role involves completing assigned duties for the shift and maintaining clear communication between the needs of the patient through the RN and Charge Nurse. Requirements
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
Nice To Haves
- Medical Terminology course or successful completion of a hospital medical terminology test within 90 days of hire
- 6 months of healthcare experience
