About The Position
Join our Emergency Department team and be one of the first friendly faces patients and families encounter. In this role, you’ll welcome and assist patients, families, and visitors, provide directions and information about hospital services, help create a positive, respectful, and compassionate environment, and serve as an ambassador for Deaconess and its mission. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, providing excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or current high school enrollment required
- CPR Provider-C required

- Customer service experience preferred
