Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Nurse Aide preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on assistance with daily activities to ensure patient comfort, dignity, and a high-quality personal experience throughout their stay.
• Champion patient safety by assisting with positioning and movement, directly supporting recovery goals and preventing physical complications.
• Act as a vital link in the care team by monitoring patient well-being and reporting subtle physical or emotional changes to nursing staff for timely intervention.
• Maintain an organized, healing environment and ensure high-quality care standards by accurately documenting patient data and keeping clinical spaces recovery-ready.
