About The Position

Gaylord Specialty Healthcare is a health system dedicated exclusively to medical rehabilitation, providing inpatient and outpatient care. The Patient Care Technician (PCT/CNA) performs a variety of patient care activities under the direction of the RN. This role offers valuable exposure to diverse patient populations and skills within a supportive, interdisciplinary team environment. With an average patient length of stay of 25-30 days, the PCT can develop strong relationships and play a key role in patient recovery.

Requirements

H.S. Diploma or GED required
CNA, CPCT, CEMT, CMA or RMA required or equivalent Training Program
American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) CPR Certification required prior to hire

Responsibilities
