About The Position

This is a part-time Patient Care Tech position at St. Peter's Hospital in the ICU, requiring 2, 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. The schedule involves rotating weekdays, weekends, and holidays, with no set schedules. The role involves performing a variety of direct and indirect patient care tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED
• Ability to do heavy lifting, pushing, pulling and standing for long hours
• Completion of 1 week SPHP PCT training program and unit specific competencies
• Ability to do PCT training for 5 days (Monday - Friday) from 7A-3P

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, feeding and ambulation
• Taking vitals, patient care documentation
• Managing supplies
