About The Position

Enhance patient comfort and independence by assisting individuals with daily living activities and personal care in a compassionate, dignified manner. Ensure safe, seamless patient movement by guiding individuals during admissions, transfers, and discharges across the unit. Protect patient health and safety through vigilant observation, immediately reporting physical, mental, or emotional changes to the nursing team. Maintain accurate patient care records to support seamless communication across the multidisciplinary care team. Drive clinical excellence and hygiene by keeping patient rooms clean, organized, and properly equipped for safe medical care.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Nurse Aide credentialed from the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed from the state of Wisconsin, and in Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work in a hospital setting obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
