About The Position

This position requires 2 day shifts per week, 7 am-7 pm, with rotating holidays and weekends. The Patient Care Tech, under the supervision of licensed clinical staff, provides care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, demonstrating competency with treatments, procedures and equipment appropriate to the clinical setting and hospital policy.

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required
• 1 year of patient care experience required, preferably in a hospital or acute care setting.
• BLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required

Nice To Haves

• CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant preferred
• Certification from a Patient Care Technician program preferred
