Requirements

• Completion of unit specific checklist for assigned units.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN)/Charge Nurse.
• Responsible for providing high quality individualized basic care activities within the Nursing Assistant scope of practice.
• Accepts assignments in hospital units for which qualified through completion of unit specific checklist.
