Every day is an opportunity to learn something new. Schedule: Per diem, varying day and evening hours. 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts available including weekends. Must be flexible to travel to any of our three Urgent Care Centers in: Canandaigua, Farmington & Newark. Pay Range: $19.64 - $24.50/hour, based on level of experience. Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- BLS certification required
- Computer knowledge including Outlook and MS Office required
- Availability to work days and evening shifts in rotation
- Available to work weekends & holidays in rotation
Nice To Haves
- One year acute care/ PCT experience preferred
- Strong EMR experience preferred
- Previous clerical/receptionist experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Performs basic nursing care tasks under the direction of the RN & performs unit secretarial and receptionist duties
- Demonstrates effective communication skills in gathering and disseminating information
- Demonstrates effective decision making and flexibility in prioritizing assignments
- Demonstrates effective computer skills and the ability to perform accurate order entry
- Demonstrates good organizational skills in maintaining the medical record
- Demonstrates the ability to perform patient care duties under the direction of the RN and within the scope of practice of the PCT
