Schedule: Three 12 hour shifts, with weekend and holiday rotation Current locations include Newark, Farmington and Canandaigua, with Honeoye Falls opening soon. Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent required
• BLS certification required
• Computer knowledge including Outlook and MS Office required
• Availability to work days and evening shifts in rotation required
• Available to work weekends & holidays in rotation required

Nice To Haves

• Previous exp. in hospital/urgent care/primary care practice/pediatrics preferred
• Strong EMR experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs basic nursing care tasks under the direction of the RN & performs unit secretarial and receptionist duties
• Demonstrates effective communication skills in gathering and disseminating information
• Demonstrates effective decision making and flexibility in prioritizing assignments
• Demonstrates effective computer skills and the ability to perform accurate order entry
• Demonstrates good organizational skills in maintaining the medical record
• Demonstrates the ability to perform patient care duties under the direction of the RN and within the scope of practice of the PCT
