About The Position

Inverness Rehabilitation Hospital (Englewood, CO) - PRN is a 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility located in Englewood, Colorado, serving patients throughout the south Denver metropolitan area. The hospital provides comprehensive rehabilitation services for individuals recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopedic conditions, and other complex medical needs requiring intensive therapy. With an interdisciplinary care model and a strong focus on individualized recovery goals, the clinical team works closely with patients and families to promote functional independence and successful transitions home. Located near the Denver Tech Center and the broader South Denver healthcare market, the Inverness facility offers convenient access to specialized rehabilitation care in a growing Colorado community. We are seeking a Therapy Patient Care Technician to join our team of passionate patient caregivers! Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • CPR Certification required.
  • Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
  • Demonstrates awareness of current Infection Control requirements and practices
  • Demonstrates clinical proficiency utilizing policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Demonstrates appropriate use of supplies and equipment
  • Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
  • Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) year experience in a hospital setting preferred

Responsibilities

  • Working under the supervision of a licensed therapist, primarily responsible for providing support care to patients and therapy staff.
  • Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
