About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Patient Care Tech (PCT) - Radiology Aide for a 13-week travel assignment in Pittsfield, MA. This role involves assisting radiologic technologists in the Radiology Department/MRI, ensuring patient comfort and safety, maintaining equipment, and performing basic patient care tasks. The position is for night shifts, Monday to Friday, from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Requirements

2 Years CURRENT MRI experience is required
GE Equipment experience is required
Must be willing to work weekends and evenings
Must be willing to take call as needed
Traveler must have their own vehicle
Perm address must be included in traveler profile
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
Drug screen and background check (facility required)

Nice To Haves

Meditech Expanse experience is strongly preferred
current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association desired
Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs

Responsibilities

Assist radiologic technologists in preparing and positioning patients for imaging procedures
Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging processes
Maintain and organize radiology equipment and supplies
Assist with clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
Transport patients to and from radiology departments safely
Prepare exam rooms and clean equipment before and after use
Perform basic patient care tasks such as assisting with dressing or undressing
Follow all safety and infection control protocols
Assist in the preparation and administration of contrast media under supervision
Maintain clear communication with medical staff and patients
