This role involves delivering essential, high-quality direct patient care, assisting with personal needs and activities of daily living to promote patient comfort, dignity, and independence. You will communicate critical changes in a patient’s physical or emotional status to the nursing staff immediately to ensure timely, informed clinical intervention and patient safety. You will also document the patient care journey, accurately recording vital signs and interventions to maintain high-quality records that support the multidisciplinary care team. Additionally, you will support patient safety and mobility by skillfully assisting with patient movement, placement, and transport for various exams and treatments, and maintain a safe, clean, and orderly patient environment, ensuring supplies and essential medical equipment are in immediate readiness for use.
