About The Position

This role involves direct patient care, clinical monitoring, documentation, and environmental management within a Cardiac Telemetry specialty at Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford in Murfreesboro, TN. The position is full-time, day shift.

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Nurse Aide preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily living activities (hygiene, mobility, and positioning) to ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Observing patients for physical or emotional changes and immediately reporting updates to the nursing team.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring all care activities are properly logged.
• Overseeing the cleanliness of patient rooms and the readiness of medical equipment.
