About The Position

Remote based position anywhere in the United States, must be available to work Monday - Friday 1:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. EST. Saturday rotation once every 6 - 8 weeks. Training is from 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. for 6 weeks. Targeted start date is 6/22/26 Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT . Position Purpose: Handle inbound and outbound calls, including the processing and upkeep of pharmacy orders and handling of order inquiries and issues. Address member inquiries/request received via telephonic outreach Schedule deliveries for patients, adhering to accreditation and board of pharmacy requirements Maintain up to date knowledge of inter escalation process to adequately communicate urgent patient needs Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
