Remote based position anywhere in the United States, must be available to work Monday - Friday 1:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. EST. Saturday rotation once every 6 - 8 weeks. Position Purpose: Handle inbound and outbound calls, including the processing and upkeep of pharmacy orders and handling of order inquiries and issues. Address member inquiries/request received via telephonic outreach Schedule deliveries for patients, adhering to accreditation and board of pharmacy requirements Maintain up to date knowledge of inter escalation process to adequately communicate urgent patient needs Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards
