About The Position

Sentara Family Medicine & Pediatrics is now hiring a full-time Patient Care Representative in Hampton, VA! Clinic Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, dayshift. As a Patient Care Representative with Sentara, you will be responsible for the registration process of new and current patients at the site. Primary responsibility will focus on completing check-in and check-out functions to include collection of co-pays, scheduling of appointments, and requests for medical records. Answers telephone calls and greets all patients and visitors with a smile.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (Required)
