Aeroflow Health is seeking bright, positive, and ambitious individuals to join their growing PAP team. This role involves onboarding newly diagnosed sleep apnea patients into Aeroflow Sleep. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter, unafraid to contribute to meeting and exceeding team and personal goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year experience in a customer service related field
• 1+ year experience in a healthcare related position

Responsibilities

• Manage outbound phone and email communication to patients to gather information, provide updates, and schedule PAP setup appointments
• Maintain log of new PAP order patients, keeping follow up dates current to ensure timely processing
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for PAP referrals
• Review clinical documentation to ensure patients qualify for prescribed equipment
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with referral sources as you work with them to obtain additional clinical information in order to serve our patients.
• Collaborate with the outside sales team to ensure quality customer service to our patients and referral partners
• Handle inbound calls, addressing patient and referral source inquiries professionally
• Perform additional duties and support tasks as needed to contribute to the overall success of the Sleep Team
