Hillcrest Hospital’s 4 West Tower Complex Medical Care unit provides orthopaedic surgery, neurosurgery, and trauma services to adult and geriatric patients requiring medical, surgical, and telemetry care. Heart conditions, vascular and neurological diseases, and congestive heart failure are just a few of this unit’s clinical specialties, but as a Level 2 trauma unit, caregivers can also gain valuable trauma experience and skills in a fast-paced environment. By taking this opportunity, you’ll be a part of a collaborative team with endless learning opportunities. As a PCNA on this team, you will provide or assist with basic direct patient care activities under the supervision of an RN. A caregiver in this position works days from 6:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. with every other weekend and holiday rotation requirements.
