The Patient Care Manager - Registered Nurse is responsible for directing and coordinating clinical departments and sites, ensuring continuity, quality, and safety of services delivered in compliance with State and federal regulations. This role involves supervising and providing direction to nursing staff and team members, supporting employee and patient education, and continuously training staff to maintain the highest quality of patient care. The manager also provides coaching, development, feedback, and annual evaluations to team members, ensures timely submission of all documentation, and maintains overall compliance with local, state, and federal laws, Medicare regulations, and established personnel policies and procedures.
