About The Position

The Patient Care Manager serves as a clinical leader for clinical staff in the hospice agency and acts as an alternate to the Executive Administrator/Executive Director when they are unavailable. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, clinical excellence, adherence to up-to-date plans of care, and maintaining financial and administrative control of agency processes.

Requirements

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• No experience required.
• RN - Registered Nurse Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Upon Hire.
• CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation Upon Hire.
• DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Upon Hire.
