About The Position

We're a fast-growing healthcare company helping patients access innovative, minimally invasive treatments that improve quality of life. We're looking for a compassionate, organized, and bilingual Patient Scheduling Coordinator to become one of the first friendly voices our patients hear. If you enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and helping patients navigate their healthcare journey, we'd love to meet you.

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (preferred).
• Arizona resident (required).
• Previous experience in healthcare scheduling, medical reception, patient coordination, or customer service preferred.
• Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) or GoHighLevel (GHL) is a plus but not required—we'll train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound patient calls and make outbound follow-up calls.
• Schedule consultations using our scheduling systems
• Guide patients through the scheduling process with empathy and professionalism.
• Build trust with patients who are often living with chronic pain.
• Help reduce no-shows by confirming appointments and keeping patients engaged.
• Document patient interactions accurately.
• Work closely with our clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
