The Mother baby unit has 16 private patient rooms and the pediatric unit consists of 6 private patient rooms. As a Patient Care Director, manage all aspects of care Mother- Baby and Pediatrics, including fiscal, operational, and clinical quality. Foster autonomy and patient focus. Work closely with award-winning nursing professionals and board-certified physicians to foster a premier environment from town hall gatherings to huddles, rounds and meetings, you will regularly gather staff perspectives. This is a full time day shift position at NewYork Presbyterian Westchester Hospital. Located in Bronxville, NY; right across the Metro North Station.
Requirements
- BSN
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field if already holds a BSN degree. If currently pursuing a Master’s Degree, must obtain within 1 year of hire. Either bachelors or graduate degree must be in nursing.
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
- NYS RN License
- Demonstrated leadership skills/experience
- All roles require on-site presence (variable by role).
- Employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
- NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
