In this role, the Patient Care Director will oversee the daily clinical operations of the inpatient behavioral health and ECT program. You’ll also partner with our amazing unit chiefs who encourage and support continuous growth in a collaborative environment. In this role, you will also manage budgets, allocate resources, regularly assess unit operations, and identify process improvement initiatives to enhance the patient experience.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
  • Current NYS RN licensure
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience in behavioral health
  • Nursing Progressive Leadership experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • All employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
