About The Position

Midwest Dental supported by Smile Brands is looking for a friendly, motivated, and team-oriented Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our growing team in Weston, WI! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and is interested in growing within the dental field. In this role, you will primarily support the front office while also receiving training to float to the back office and assist as a Dental Assistant when needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients with excellent customer service
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
• Verify insurance and assist with treatment estimates
• Support case presentation and financial discussions
• Answer phones and assist with patient questions
• Learn clinical workflows and assist the back office team as needed
• Train alongside experienced team members to develop Dental Assisting skills
