Patient Care Coordinator
About The Position
We are looking for a patient care coordinator who is growth-oriented and wanting to be a part of a growing clinic system! O'Mally Management Group has a healthcare client that has multiple direct-hire opportunities in Longview, TX. Our client is a NEW multidisciplinary clinic system focused on providing the best health care experience for those in need and developing relationships throughout the community. The clinic offers a complete and well-rounded soft tissue and rehabilitation program that combines physical therapy with chiropractic. The clinic provides therapies for participating medical, chiropractic, extremity orthopedic, spine, pain management, other specialties, allowing for an immediate, constant and diversified flow of new and existing patients.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service.
- Basic computer skills and ready to learn multi-systems within the clinic.
- Highschool Diploma/GED Equivalent
- Able to multi-task
- Dependable - more reliable than spontaneous
- People-oriented - enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
- Detail-oriented - would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture
- High stress tolerance - thrives in a high-pressure environment
- Ready to learn and grow as their role expands

Responsibilities
- Assist in performing appropriate evaluations with patients.
- Assist in completing and maintaining patient records/notes that follow current recommended guidelines and compliance procedures through state and federal agencies.
- Ability to coordinate patient care based on the treatment plan directed by the physical therapist and/or chiropractor onsite.
- Ability to act with integrity and meet ethical and moral standards for our team and patients.
- Perform and demonstrate passive therapies with confidence and knowledge.
- Perform and demonstrate active therapies with confidence and knowledge. (following directions of chiropractor and/or physical therapist onsite)
