About The Position

Resolve Sleep Health is Canada’s largest independent provider of sleep health services, with over 145 clinics and a mission to help Canadians improve their sleep and overall well-being. They are seeking a casual part-time Patient Care Coordinator to join their team in Hawkesbury, ON. This front-line role is crucial for patient experience, clinic operations, and supporting the clinical team. The position involves welcoming patients, coordinating appointments, educating patients on sleep therapy, handling administrative tasks like insurance claims and billing, supporting product sales, and maintaining a clean clinic environment. The role requires a passion for customer service, attention to detail, a team-first mindset, and proficiency in French. Training will be provided for EMR systems and virtual care tools.

Requirements

A passion for people and exceptional customer service skills
Detail-oriented and a quick learner who thrives in a busy clinic
A team-first mindset and a solutions-focused approach
Previous experience in healthcare, administration, or customer service
Comfort with digital tools, including attention to detail and accuracy in EMR systems, documentation and virtual care (training provided)
Proficiency in French required

Responsibilities

Welcoming patients and helping them navigate their care journey with friendly, high quality service standards
Coordinating appointments, managing referrals, and providing administrative support
Educating patients on sleep therapy assessments, support and equipment
Handling insurance claims, payments, and billing
Supporting sales of therapy products and resupply
Contributing to a clean, organized, and well-functioning clinic environment
Acting as a role model and ambassador to the company by living our shared Resolve Sleep Health values
